At Pepe Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
